We will create a safe space for people who have experienced a loss or multiple losses to share
experiences, feelings and thoughts with each other.

There will be time for Verbal Sharing as well as practicing Therapeutic Yoga with guided meditations.

When grief is too intense to process, it can be overwhelming to the body. Verbal sharing, therapeutic yoga practice and mudra meditations can help people develop resilience and cope with loss in a contained way.
