I am a psychotherapist and certified Alexander Technique teacher with extensive experience in individual and group counseling. I received my training at the Center for Character Analytic Studies and the Brooklyn Institute of Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis, and have been in private practice as a therapist for over 20 years. My desire to work with both individuals and groups comes from a long-held professional belief in the value of body-oriented therapeutic work and group environments for finding safe, effective ways to heal.

I offer psychotherapy services to adult individuals, couples, and families in private sessions and group settings. My office is conveniently located on the ground floor of an attractive brownstone in Park Slope Brooklyn.  I have office hours throughout the week, including evenings and Sundays.
